Capable Teams for Children and Young People (CTCYP) toolkit

A five step team development approach to support services for children and young people to improve quality and efficiency by introducing new, different and creative ways of working. The CTCYP resources consist of: Executive summary, Information leaflet, Facilitators handbook, Participants handbook and additional supporting materials. CTCYP has been adapted from the Creating Capable Teams Approach (CCTA) 2007.

Creating Capable Teams Approach (CCTA) Resource Pack

The Creating Capable Teams Approach (CCTA) is a five-step approach to support the implementation of New Ways of Working (NWW) within mental health services. This pack includes an executive summary, senior management briefing, leaflet, facilitator's handbook, and participant's handbook.  The Capable Teams for Children and Young People (CTCYP) 2011 has been adapted from CCTA.
