Workforce Design & Planning

Workforce Design and Development:  We recognise that modernising and strengthening the workforce is a central feature within current policy guidance relating to children, young people and families.

The focus of our work is to support strategic workforce planning and development across services through a process of transformation, learning and development.  Through a combination of local knowledge and national capability we offer proven solutions and a range of tools to ensure best use of available resources through a tried and tested workforce planning process which builds a workforce plan around the needs of the population and directly supports service development.  We aim to support services to improve their productivity and the quality of services provided.
